Mutilation, the sole full-length by New York Mutilation, was released in 1992 on JL America (also issued as Aggression in Effect). It is their final release following the Dead by Dawn (1990) demo. The quartet from New City, New York delivered raw Death/Thrash with the lineup: Ron Colandrea — drums, Jason Trenczer — guitars, Louie "Lou" Lehman (R.I.P. 2014) — guitars, vocals, Rob Moschetti — bass, vocals. Formed 1988 with earlier members including Randell Salmon (bass) and Dante Scioscia (vocals). Stylistically aligned with underground acts such as Decomposed, Undivided, and Generation Kill (shared members). Lyrical focus centers on violence, pain, and societal themes. Released on CD and cassette; no known bonus tracks or covers. Reception in the underground scene was modest, positioned as late-era East Coast Death/Thrash.
