Notes

Bestial Manifestations of Malevolence and Death, the debut full-length from Seattle, Washington-based Oxygen Destroyer, was independently released on April 5th, 2018 (later reissued via Redefining Darkness Records). A four-piece blackened death/thrash outfit, the band delivered 10 tracks of kaiju-themed aggression clocking in at just under 30 minutes.

Lineup: Jordan Farrow — guitars, vocals; Joey Walker — guitars; Ben Williams — bass; Chris Craven — drums. Recorded live in 2017 at The Metalsmiths, Inc., mixed and mastered by Cody J. Brumlow.

The sound draws on blackened thrash and death metal with rapid riffing and aggressive vocals, comparable to Hypnosia, Deströyer 666, Desaster, and Vader. Lyrical themes center on kaiju destruction, nuclear annihilation, and humanity's downfall. Digital formats predominated at release, with later vinyl reissues.
