Iniquity's Serenadium was released on 13 June 1996 through Diehard Music as the Danish band's debut full-length. The core lineup consisted of Brian Petrowsky (vocals, rhythm guitar), Lars Friis (lead guitar, backing vocals), Thomas "Gnist" Christensen (bass), and Jacob Olsen (drums), with guest contributions from Cathrine Jensen (keyboards) and Ankie Toet (cello). Jacob Olsen did the drums on the recording, and then quit the band. Jesper Frost joined just before it was released and thats why his picture is in the booklet.
At least one song (Son of Cosmos) was written by Mads Haarløv who had already been part of the band during the demo era, before rejoining in 1998.
